No Refunds on Puppies

All deposits are non-refundable unless the puppy is indefinitely undeliverable by the seller and not due to unexpected changes in delivery date. All sales are final. No returns.

Payment Terms

Final balance must be paid in full prior to or on delivery. Payments must be made via approved methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or C.O.D. Best Puppies LLC is not responsible for any changes in personal circumstances affecting this purchase.

Size Disclaimer

We do not and cannot guarantee the size of any puppy as it grows.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer has listened to the Puppy 101 training in full and understands the proactive steps needed to keep their puppy healthy, prevent stress, and ensure a smooth transition into its new home. Customer acknowledges responsibility for providing proper veterinary care, nutrition, and a safe environment once the puppy is delivered.

Health at Delivery

Best Puppies LLC provides the puppy in good health with a veterinarian health certificate at the time of delivery, along with all available vaccination and deworming records disclosed.
