Best Puppies LLC — Adoption and Rehoming Terms

By submitting an adoption listing with Best Puppies LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. 1. PLATFORM ROLE Best Puppies LLC provides a listing and inquiry handling service for owners seeking to rehome their dogs. We are not a shelter, rescue organization, or animal control facility. We do not take physical possession of any animal.
  2. 2. OWNER RESPONSIBILITY You remain fully responsible for your dog at all times until ownership is legally transferred to an adopting family. Best Puppies LLC assumes no liability for the health, behavior, or condition of any listed animal.
  3. 3. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS All listings must include current vet records, proof of ownership, up to date vaccination records, and minimum three clear photos.
  4. 4. VET CHECK REQUIREMENT Your dog must have been examined by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of listing. Documentation required.
  5. 5. ACCURACY All information must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresenting your dog's temperament, health, age, or history is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of listing fee.
  6. 6. LISTING FEES Basic listings are $49 one time. Featured listings are $99 one time. Listing fees are non-refundable once approved and published.
  7. 7. INQUIRY HANDLING Best Puppies LLC handles all incoming inquiries. We screen potential adopters and connect qualified families directly. You agree not to advertise your dog on other platforms while listed with us.
  8. 8. BREED NAMING If your dog is a mixed breed not in our standard list, Best Puppies LLC reserves the right to assign a breed name that best represents your dog for listing purposes.
  9. 9. APPROVAL Best Puppies LLC reserves the right to decline any listing application at our sole discretion.
  10. 10. REMOVAL Best Puppies LLC reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for inaccurate information, owner non-responsiveness, or conduct not meeting our standards.
  11. 11. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to hold Best Puppies LLC harmless from any claims, disputes, or issues arising from the adoption of your dog to another party.
  12. 12. GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
