Can I come see the puppies in person before I buy?
We love putting smiles on people's faces, and we would love to help you find your puppy. In 25 years, we have never had a family turn a puppy away. Not once.
We understand you would love to, and we get it. There is no walk in location, and that is on purpose. It is the method that has kept us number one for 25 years, while the others are no longer around.
Think about it. Nobody would leave their newborn out to be passed around all day by strangers, and we don't do it to our puppies either. A puppy kept in a cage gets stressed and confused, and germs spread from cage to cage overnight.
The first 3 to 14 weeks are the most important in a puppy's life, and what happens in a pet store during that window can be traumatic enough to cause serious behavioral issues later.
Your puppy stays at home with its mother and the breeder family who raised it until delivery day, then comes straight into your home. The love it grew up with gets baked right in, and the environment you give it becomes its personality. Give it lots of love and attention and you get the same back.

How does the breeder to home process work?
Tell us what you're looking for and we check availability across our Trusted Breeder Network. We send you photos and videos of matching puppies. When you choose one, we reserve it, the breeder keeps raising it at home, and on delivery day a personal puppy handler brings it to your door with its veterinary exam, age appropriate vaccinations, health certificate, microchip and registration papers.
How much do your puppies cost?

How do I know Best Puppies is not a scam?
Best Puppies LLC is a licensed pet dealer, an incorporated business, and a licensed merchant. We only accept credit and debit cards, which are the only payments that come with fraud protection. We never ask for Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or Apple Pay, because those are cash payments with no protection and are how most puppy scams work. You can also call our veterinarian for a reference and read our reviews before you put down a dime.

Are your breeders licensed?
Our Trusted Breeder Network includes licensed breeders, hobby breeders and USDA registered facilities. Every one is vetted and inspected for animal care, health and environment, and we have worked with most of them for years. A license is one factor. Overall care and quality is what we select for.
Which small breeds are hypoallergenic?
The most popular small hypoallergenic breeds are Cavapoo, Maltipoo, Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier, Shih Tzu and Poodle. These are where most families start, and there are others. These breeds shed very little and are usually a good fit for people with allergies. Tell us what you're looking for and we will help you narrow it down.
What is a teacup puppy?
Most people who say teacup mean a regular toy size, four to seven pounds as an adult. A true teacup is a dog that stays at two to three pounds. Those are rare, and no one can honestly promise a puppy will stay that small. Like children, the smallest puppy in a litter can end up the biggest after a growth spurt. We will always be straight with you about expected size.
Can you guarantee my puppy's adult size?
No, and neither can anyone else. We share the parents' sizes and the puppy's current weight so you can make a good estimate, but final adult size cannot be guaranteed until the dog is close to a year old.
What if the breed I want shows none available?
Ask us anyway. We can get photos and videos from our breeders before they post publicly, and you can set a free breed alert so you are notified the moment a matching puppy is listed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards only, for your protection. Financing is available through Affirm and other options on our financing page.
